At Fit By Faith Fitness, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, mobile app, and fitness services.

1. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Fit By Faith Fitness provides high-energy dance cardio and strength workouts. By participating, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves a risk of injury. You should consult a physician before starting any new program. You voluntarily assume all risks and waive any claims against Fit By Faith Fitness and its instructors for injuries.

2. Membership & Content

Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to stream our content. You may not record, download, or redistribute our videos or branding without written permission.

3. Refund Policy (App & Digital Memberships)

Because our app provides immediate access to the full Fit By Faith video library, all sales for digital memberships and app subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused periods.

• Note: For purchases made through the Apple or Google app stores, refund requests must be handled directly through those platforms.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Your access will stay active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

5. Community Conduct

We are a faith-based community built on mentorship and love. We reserve the right to remove any user from the platform who engages in behavior that is disrespectful or inconsistent with our community values.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fit By Faith name, logo, and all video content are protected property. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.
